What does the free birth chart include?
A birth chart calculates the sky's positions for a birth date and place. With Noviluna you can create an account, calculate your chart and explore its planets, houses and aspects. You do not need to enter a payment card to start. Complete reports and additional readings are offered separately; a free chart does not mean unlimited access to every feature.

What is a reading with Selene?
A reading is one chat conversation or one tarot reading. One paid reading uses one credit and includes up to 12 replies from Selene. You can ask for an explanation, follow up and clarify something within that conversation's limit. Starting a new conversation or tarot reading uses another credit.
Free readings have their own reply limit, shown in the product. A reply, a conversation and a complete report are different things.
What can I ask?
These are example questions, not prepared answers or predictions:

- “What does my rising sign represent? Explain with an everyday example.”
- “Which house is Mercury in, and how is that interpreted in astrology?”

Start with one topic. After the first explanation, ask for an example or clarify an unfamiliar term. You do not need to learn all the terminology first. Selene is AI, not a human astrologer, and its answers can contain mistakes.

Subscription or credits: what does each option include?

All three subscriptions have the same monthly allowance of up to 75 readings. The weekly plan does not give you 75 new readings each week, and the annual plan does not grant the whole year's readings at once. The difference is the payment amount and billing frequency. Subscriptions renew until you cancel through your account.
The first-purchase pack lets you try without subscribing. For example, split its five credits between three conversations and two tarot readings. It does not start an automatic renewal and is available only for your first purchase on the website.

Does a complete report cost one reading?
Not necessarily. Reports use several reading credits at the cost displayed before you request them. Five credits do not mean five complete reports. Check the stated cost of a particular report before deciding what to buy.
