How to read a feelings question

A "how do they feel" question is answered by the card's emotional register, not by a yes or no. Wheel of Fortune describes the mood and the direction of what the other person carries — read it as a snapshot of the connection now, and let the position of the card in your spread (their feelings, their intentions, the near future) sharpen what it refers to.

Reversed, the card keeps its theme but turns it inward, blocks it or delays it — read the reversed meaning below through that lens.

Reversed, it speaks of a rough patch or resistance to inevitable change. A cycle may be repeating because its lesson hasn't been learned. Loosen your grip: the wheel will turn in your favor again.
