How to read a feelings question

A "how do they feel" question is answered by the card's emotional register, not by a yes or no. Seven of Pentacles describes the mood and the direction of what the other person carries — read it as a snapshot of the connection now, and let the position of the card in your spread (their feelings, their intentions, the near future) sharpen what it refers to.

In love it invites you to assess the relationship with perspective: is it growing, even slowly? Deep bonds mature like trees, not like seasonal flowers. If the foundation is good, patience is an investment.

Seven of Pentacles as feelings, reversed

Reversed, the card keeps its theme but turns it inward, blocks it or delays it — read the reversed meaning below through that lens.

Reversed, it reflects frustration over results that won't come, or effort poured into barren ground. Sometimes patience is what's missing; other times you need to replant elsewhere. Figure out which is your case before deciding.
