These terms govern your use of Noviluna. We wrote them to be understood. By creating an account, you accept them.

1. What Noviluna is (and what it is not)

Noviluna is a digital entertainment and self-reflection service based on astrology and tarot, with a conversational artificial-intelligence guide.

We say this in plain terms:

• Noviluna is offered exclusively for entertainment, personal reflection, and inspiration.
• Noviluna does NOT provide medical, psychological, financial, legal, or any other kind of professional advice, and its content must not be interpreted or used as such.
• Readings, horoscopes, cards, and conversations are not predictions of future events and no outcome is guaranteed. Do not make important decisions (health, money, relationships, or legal matters) based on Noviluna's content — that is what qualified professionals are for.
• If you are going through a crisis or serious distress, the guide will interrupt the reading and point you toward professional help resources. See our AI Transparency page for details.

2. Who may use Noviluna

You must be at least 16 years old. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement. If we detect an account belonging to someone under 16, we will delete it (and erase their data in accordance with the Privacy Policy).

3. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
• Accounts are personal. You may create additional astral profiles (friends, partner, etc.) for compatibility readings; by doing so, you confirm you are entitled to use that data.
• We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or make abusive or fraudulent use of the service, notifying you and explaining why unless legally prevented.

4. Plans, subscriptions, and payments

4.1 Free tier

The complete birth chart, one one-card pull per day, and the daily horoscope are free. No card required.

4.2 Subscriptions

We offer Weekly, Monthly, Annual, and Premium plans, with the prices and reading quotas published on the pricing page. Prices include applicable taxes where indicated at checkout.

• Renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, at the price you agreed to. We state this clearly before you subscribe.
• Free trial: the weekly plan includes a 3-day trial. We will notify you before the trial converts into a charge. If you cancel during the trial, you pay nothing.
• Price changes: if your plan's price increases, we will give you at least 30 days' notice and you may cancel before it applies.
• Usage quotas: each plan includes a number of readings per period, stated on the pricing page. The Premium "Unlimited" plan carries a fair-use policy of 75 readings/month, published visibly (not in fine print).

4.3 Cancellation — one click, for real

You can cancel at any time from your account, with a single click, no calls, no forms, and no penalty. When you cancel:

• You keep paid access until the end of the period you already paid for.
• You are not charged again.
• Your account moves to the free tier (we do not delete it unless you ask).

4.4 One-off packs

Packs (individual readings and reports) are single purchases, non-renewing, valid for 12 months from purchase.

4.5 Payments

Web payments are handled by our payment processor (Merchant of Record), which acts as the seller of record and manages invoicing and taxes. In the mobile apps, payments are handled through the relevant store (Apple/Google) and are additionally governed by their terms.

5. Refunds and right of withdrawal

• Right of withdrawal (EU): as an EU consumer, you have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content and services, this right is lost once the service has been fully performed or the content consumed with your express consent, which we request at checkout as required by law. If you have not used the paid service, you get your money back.
• Subscriptions: if you cancel within 14 days of subscribing and have not consumed any paid readings, you receive a full refund. Outside those cases, cancellation takes effect at the end of the period, without pro-rated refund, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
• Service failures: if the service does not work and we do not fix it within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a price reduction or a proportional refund under digital content and services regulations.
• App Store / Google Play purchases: refunds are requested through Apple or Google, under their policies.

6. Acceptable use

We ask that you do not:

• Use Noviluna for illegal activities or to harm others.
• Attempt to extract, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service, its models, or its knowledge base.
• Resell the service or share paid access at scale.
• Attempt to circumvent usage quotas or security systems.

7. Intellectual property

• The service, its brand, design, texts, and knowledge base belong to Noviluna or its licensors.
• Your conversations are yours. We grant you the right to use, save, and share the readings you receive for your personal use. We do not publish them or use them for purposes other than providing you the service (see Privacy Policy).

8. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep Noviluna continuously available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may add, modify, or withdraw features; if we withdraw something essential to your paid plan, you may cancel with a proportional refund for the unused period.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law (and never excluding liability that cannot legally be excluded, such as liability arising from willful misconduct or consumer rights protected by mandatory rules):

• Noviluna is provided "as is" within its nature as an entertainment service.
• We are not responsible for decisions you make based on the service's content, which — we repeat — does not constitute professional advice of any kind.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to it.

Nothing in these terms limits your non-waivable rights as a consumer.

10. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the consumer-protection rules of your country of residence where applicable. You may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence. The European Commission also provides an online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change anything material, we will notify you by email or in the app at least 15 days in advance. If you disagree, you may cancel before the changes take effect.
